We can. We review your 2D or 3D data, confirm material and wall structure, then produce samples from adjusted existing moulds or rapid prototyping. Mass production starts after you approve the sample.
In-mould labelling is the most durable route and is already used on models such as PFB202 and PFB203, where the graphic becomes part of the moulded surface. Print and label options are also available for lower-volume programmes.
Boxes intended for food contact are produced to meet international food contact standards including FDA and LFGB, and relevant test reports are issued for the batch. Tell us the destination market at the quotation stage so material and documentation are fixed before tooling.
Surface scratching or whitening, loose snaps with poor sealing, or deformation that stops stable stacking. Cleaning with neutral detergent, dishwasher top-rack cycles or steam and UV cabinets protects wall finish; abrasive pads should be avoided.
